Bitches Brunch | Nadia & Larkspur
@fuisecg
Nadia had mostly been able to ignore the persistent hunger since leaving Sean at the bar. He’d given her quite a bit to think about and, hopefully, she’d be able to discuss things further with Ivy and Larkspur and even Rowan if she had to. Someone was going to give her answers, come hell or high water. She’d slept poorly, waking up still feeling exhausted (and hungry) but she forced herself to go through her normal routine anyway, working out then heading out to meet Lark for their planned brunch.
Leaving the apartment now - be there in 15.
She tucked her phone away after sending the text, deciding to walk rather than take a cab to the restaurant where they’d decided to meet. Soon she was led to a table, mimosa sitting in front of her while she perused the menu.
“Is it horrifically cliche for me to order the avocado toast and eggs?”
