#fugitives au

Part of an ongoing WIP idea @troblsomtwins829 and I have been discussing, involving — among many things — the boys fleeing Haven before they could get exiled (before the palace even gets blown up) and culminating in a war between Spargus and a Haven divided into multiple factions. Tess's faction could easily be fast-tracked to become Wastelanders. Also uses one of the Light Jak concepts that went unused for the game, because i really liked the bird wings

Fugitives AU (from almost 5 years ago)

Just an AU idea i had before season 3 was ever a thing. Basically, it’s just that Ruby accidentally witnesses Ironwood try to kill Torchwick by staging it as a  prison break. Ruby steps in and stops him, getting shot and labeled as an accomplice when it leads to Torchwick’s actual escape (and b/c Torchwick brings her along to repay her for saving him from Ironwood.) Now, they’re forced to work together to keep out of Ironwood’s grasp long enough to set things straight.

The enemies that captured him tortured and humiliated him to get him to spit out axu’s location, he stayed silent until the end

(Wkx paralyzed axu temporarily and hid him behind a loose panel of their house, he’s able to hear them flogging wkx, but unable to move)

He thought wholeheartedly that wkx died, but zzs still dragged his paralyzed legs out of the house and into the rain. He’d never held wkx before. Wkx held him, during the run, when zzs was injured and out of his mind, but zzs never held wkx voluntarily before. So he crawled-

Crawled slowly into the rain to reach wkx and held him tight. What he didn’t expect was that wkx was still breathing. Slowly, painfully.

So he crawled back, dragging wkx with him. It hurt wkx, he whimpers even while unconcious, zzs knows he’s hurting him, but he’s trying his best and swore he’d never let wkx get hurt anymore. He’ll get wkx out of the rain and cold.
