The four adults are a polycule in college. They're heading to the bars one night when they discover a kid who had just escaped a lab and is looking for a place to hide. They end up taking him back to their apartment, realizing he has powers, and deciding that they'd lay their lives down for him rather than let the government take him back. I don't have a plot or anything, I just like the idea of four random 20 somethings adopting a fucked up child.

Some details from left to right (don't really have names yet):

she/her - 22 - has PCOS

she/her - 26 - trans woman who works part time at a piercing place

he/him - 6 - science experiment kid who escaped from a lab and is learning to use his powers

she/they - 23 - autistic with high sensory needs, but ultimately vibing
