In case you all wonder- i'm still sick. Been coughing so hard the last 24 hours, on day 5 now, it just refuses to go away. so in light of this post that completely shattered my heart (thank you op), i would like to make the friendly comparison between Klaus’ ability and that of the resurrection stone from Harry Potter.
As we know from the tales of the beetle and the bard, (or Deathly Hallows) we know that the resurrection stone was a “gift” to one of the peverall brothers that allowed him to see his dead loved ones, but he wasn’t able to touch them. eventually after trying to resurrect the dead love of his life, he went mad and committed suicide.
does this not feel a lil familiar my dudes
klaus also has the ability to see his dead loved ones, but he can’t touch them (this is ignoring that lil thing he does at the end of the series). so he turns to drugs to tune out the dispairing screams of the dead
diego tells him he’s lucky that he gets to see his loved ones after they die...
but is he?
And I’m going to bed, I give up. I’ll have to find some other way to watch it.
