A couple of months ago my dad and I went to this amazing Argentinian restaurant in London where, among the other scrumptious dishes, I ordered a dulce de lache cheesecake that completely blew my mind. So naturally I wanted to try make one myself. For a variety of reasons, that didn't happen until yesterday, and because of resting time I only had the chance of trying it for dinner tonight. Although not exactly a copycat, it came out quite well and I feel I can eventually get there.
