Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, mashed. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup chopped dried fruit such as apricots, raisins, or dates. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put mashed bananas, rolled oats, chopped dried fruit, applesauce, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Shape the dough into small balls with a spoon or cookie scoop, and then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. For 15 to 20 minutes, or until just barely golden. Let the oatmeal bites cool down before you serve them.
