Ingredients: 2 cups mashed butternut squash. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup chopped dates. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/4 tsp ground ginger. 1/4 tsp ground cloves. 1/4 tsp sea salt. 1/4 cup chopped pecans optional, for garnish.
Instructions: Put mashed butternut squash, almond flour, coconut flour, shredded coconut, chopped dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and sea salt in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Take spoonfuls of the mixture and roll them into balls that are small enough to bite. Put the balls on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. You can add chopped pecans to the balls as a decoration if you want to. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it.
