Idk if anyone has pointed this out yet, but you know that scene in episode 1 when Ethan and Julie are playing, Norman is killed by a monster and then Tabitha comforts Ethan by saying something like "he's not really dead because monsters aren't real".

Oooh. So Katri says he heard the voice of 'God' the night calling him to the town. So something, I'm thinking the man in yellow, can call to people outside the town. I think (not my theory I saw someone else say this part) he's the one who called Tabitha and Jim the day Thomas died.

Okay so at the settlement there's the rocks little girl Tabitha was playing at when she saw whatever in her visions. when Katri is digging up the bag he buried on the first day he is in the middle of a bunch of similar boulders. The field also looks similar/like it could be close to where Jim and Jade first tried to use the radio and Jade was attacked by his past self.
