Magigigika Mirdin Do Din Nolurun Dou‘s the name!
-----------------
“That is not what I expected you to say. You ruined it, Eizen. You ruined the joke.” A joke was nothing without the proper elements in tact. One might consider the lyrics she weaved in her glorious tones would bring about some manner of question relating to them! Not a most rude inquiry of the state of her presence itself! Honestly! Did no one enjoy a good drama?
Why did everyone have to be of such sour sentiment? Sure the particular person of interest was cursed beyond repair. Sure he was beginning to uncover the very truth of the matter of being hopelessly cursed without escape. Sure there were a multitude of ways she could rephrase that idea over and over again to make it appear she was standing perplexed, filled with the sort of intricate complexities that the rest of them seemed to be stuffed to the seams with but...
Nope, there she went, sashaying over to occupy the seat offered her.
“Are you asking me what I want out of obligation to hold conversation, or is that a real and true offer?” She wiggled her brow. “And if you are serious about the verbage - ignoring the obvious sarcastic implications - then I suggest you get out a pencil. You’re going to need it.” Because what she wanted could not be recalled so simply!
She was a complex person in that way.
She slouched across the bar, hands clasped before her, head drooped low. “Give me a drink.” She demanded without any more preamble, without the usual smart ass comment or two sprinkled throughout.
