me: ok i need to work on real, polished art so i can set up a shop!

Reluctantly agreed to take apart these beautiful wool babies to make a custom Star Wars Sweater for a Customer... It is so much more work than I had expected.  Some pieces are 2″ long and I have no idea what was going though her head when she attached the sleeves.  The collar is in two pieces, which is completely unnecessary for a crew neck and there is a hole that was patched with embroidery thread!

I can’t help but be sad while taking them apart.  Although I’m excited to knit something I can’t help but think, “is this going to be the fate of my sweaters?  All my hard work and creativity just given to someone to take apart and make new?
