Dingo was filled with confidence. His island challenge amulet now had two wooden symbols adorning it, and served as proof of the progress he had made. He was already halfway through his challenge, and he had overcome the first few trials with little trouble.
He travelled to Ula-Ula with the certainty that he couldn’t fail. His team’s morale was at its highest, their faith in each other’s strength at its maximum. They passed the electric-type Trial with flying colors, despite half the team’s weakness to that type.
As he approached the abandoned supermarket, Dingo didn’t let the gloomy mood get to him. His boots left deep prints in the black sand, but Dingo wasn’t paying attention to the landscape. His mind was entirely focused on the battles ahead.
He made his way up the desolate stairs, eager to see what kind of challenge awaited him.
