Freya was raised on the importance of art, of music, and dance. These things were celebrated in her home, foisted upon her as expectations. The Capulets excelled in these areas and so would Freya. Much to her parents disdain, Freya had two left feet, the ballet classes in which she attended ending in more than a few injuries. By her third sprained ankle, her family phoned it in, removed her from her dance classes, and instead began focusing on her vocal cords.
Turns out, Freya was also as tone deaf as they came; she couldn’t so much as hold a tune. Discouraged, her mother began to despair of ever finding an artistic talent for her daughter. And so, under the wise reasoning of her husband, Freya’s mother bought her an art set and the rest was, as they say, history. Freya had natural talent, understood the more complex and emotional depths of art. Her parents, pockets filled to the brim, spared no expense on art supplies, on classes, molding their daughter’s talent into a profitable work of art.
Her preferred medium was charcoal, working almost exclusively in blacks and whites. She painted, too, but she excelled in more obscure artwork, in the naked forms of both men and women. Her parents disapproved, wished she would focus on more tasteful subjects, but Freya’s passions lied in the supple curve of a woman’s body and the masculine arch of man’s shoulder.
It wasn’t long before she began to seek models to sit with her while she drew the tempting lines of their bodies, gave life to their energy and beauty on a canvas. Her parents didn’t stop her, but neither did they hide their disapproval of this. And, as young women oft do, Freya fell in love, only to have it end poorly, he heart forever embittered by it.
It emboldened her to break away from the shadow of her parents, and now she owns her own gallery, where she often displays her own art and that of others
Last Christmas, she was claimed by the love of her life, Christoph Lindemann, a Montague. Her parents heavily disapproved, but the claiming was blessed by the Prince seeing as he was a Montague and she, a Capulet.
Freya has grown to love her extended family, but things with Christoph have begun to deteriorate. He works too much and she has begun to feel neglected and pushed aside. Now, only loneliness resides in her heart. She wishes to fix things but she doesn’t know how much more her heart can bear.
To the Good and Noble Prince Escalus, we respectfully request your consent to enter into a Claim and in so doing doing, we gratefully submit the following:

Rules of our Claim:
Freya Capulet will use her safeword and safe gesture, her hard limits will be respected and well being considered. Freya’s work, health, and educational endeavors overwrite all rules.
Freya Capulet will always inform her Dominant of her schedule on a weekly basis. If there is a change she will inform her Dominant in a timely fashion. Her schedule can be altered if her Dominant deems it appropriate. She will have a personal driver appointed to her, hired by her Dominant.
Freya Capulet will move to live with her Dominant. She will be responsible for handling the housekeeping. She will be responsible for the staff that cleans the penthouse, she will hire and delegate their duties in order to keep their house clean and presentable. She will be responsible for keeping their playroom tidy and neat herself. At least once a week she is expected to cook for her Dominant, that date will be of her choosing and she will present a menu for him to pick from.
Freya Capulet will present her leather collar for fitting when she is home, she is to never remove the collar herself. If and only when her Dominant isn’t present may she put on and remove the collar herself. Outside their house, she will wear her Claim collar, as her Dominant will wear his Claim ring at all times. She will sit at her Dominant’s feet unless given permission to do so otherwise. She will refer to him as Master in their home and Sir in every other occasion.
Freya Capulet is expected to have a separate bank account for herself. Her Dominant will be given access to all her expenses on a monthly basis. She will make any decisions where her gallery is regarded, but will always communicate them with her Dominant.
Freya Capulet’s wardrobe is a subject to her Dominant’s approval. He can choose her outfits, and enforce inspections at any given time.
Freya Capulet understands that with stepping in this claim her body now belongs to her Dominant. She will not have sexual release or touch herself without her Dominant’s approval, she will make herself available to her Dominant whenever he pleases.
Freya Capulet will understand that from now on her behavior reflects on her Dominant so she will make sure she’s always at her best. She will always refer to other Dominants with Sir and Miss and their name.
Consequences (what are the consequences of breaking the rules):
Freya Capulet will inform her Dominant if she’s broken any of the aforementioned rules without his knowledge and ask for punishment and discipline. Honesty is expected from both parties at all time. Punishment will be delivered never out of anger and always with her hard limits taken into consideration. She will have the right to use her safe word at any given time. Punishment will occur after discussion and explanation and with her consent and with aftercare provided afterwards. If there needs to be an alteration of the broken rule it will be made.
Physical punishment: The type of physical punishment will depend on the misdemeanor itself.
Contact restriction: Freya Capulet will be forbidden from any form of physical contact with her Dominant until he decides the punishment is over.
Separation: Freya Capulet will be forbidden to enter the same bed with her Dominant until he decides the punishment is over. During which time she may be placed in some form of bondage for a number of hours.
