Mes chers, After months of shutdown due to covid, I was super excited to take my first Ballet class of 2022 and... wow, I can definitely feel it! 🥴 As an introvert, I don't go out much and didn't realize until today that I am, in fact, in terrible shape. I really need to take care of my body, as I tend to focus on my mind... You know, the notorious "so many books, so little time..." 😍 From this point forward, I'll commit to physical activity, starting with Ballet and figure skating! 🩰⛸️🥰 To make sure I stick to my resolutions, I'll document my (humble!) achievements. See you on the other side! Oh! and yep: you are allowed to laugh! 😁 What about you: any sport-related resolutions this year so we may support each other? Looking forward to reading you, Agnès 🖤 #danseclassique #danseclassiqueaddict #danseclassiqueadultes #balletclass #adultballet #adultballerina #adultsdancetoo #iceskatingfun #iceskaters #iceskate #figureskaterfitness #figureskatinglove #adultsfigureskatetoo #frenchie #frenchauthor https://www.instagram.com/p/CYT527jML-_/?utm_medium=tumblr
