Finally did the freezer inventory on the pig that came in.
Here's a list of what came in:
6 bone-in hamsteaks
2 (6 pound) smoked hams
1 set spare ribs
1 set baby back ribs
11 packs of bacon already cured and sliced
9 pairs of boneless pork chops
2 tenderloins
13 blade steaks (never heard of this before)
20 packs ground pork (1 pound each)
24 packs of breakfast sausage (1 pound each)
I love that we know right where it was raised. Our neighbors even offered to host another one next year for us if we wanted.
Now the freezer has enough meat to last us a while.
