#freeway interchange

A wider view. There is a dark streak on the left at the base of the hill -- it's actually up pretty high from the next road. This is Foothill Boulevard -- not an actual boulevard in this stretch, it's one lane in each direction. The lanes next to it are freeway lanes specifically for trucks. Trucks are required to take the truck lanes, but cars can take them too. There are truck lanes on the right as well.

A somewhat closer view of the interchange. The buildings and trucks on the left are a trucking firm of some sort, possibly a couple other businesses. We've got dedicated car pool lanes that begin/terminate in the lower left corner by my name. Green sign on left is Balboa Blvd and San Fernando Rd exit southbound.
