Why Sanji should have been queer: It would’ve made so much sense and made him a more likeable character imo
Why Freder should have been queer: Bi/Poly- falls in love and ends up with Maria canonically but has alot of romantic tension with Josaphat and Georgy. Should have been in an epic polycule.
