   It had been far too long since he’d even thought about freedom, too long since he’d followed no agenda but his own. He was a hedonist with a martyrs complex, but now -- he was a prisoner to his past. Dragged away from the first reality he’d ever truly wanted, now he was forced back to the life he’d left so far behind.

    Yet running from Morgan wasn’t easy, after all -- she was essentially a track star when it came to running from commitment. And maybe it was a cruel twist of fate, but it seemed that they were running in the same direction this time. It was hard to explain, how you could love someone who seemed so dead set on this not lasting. 

    Would she laugh and tell him to leave again? Or maybe she’d just slam the proverbial door in his face, then again there was always the option of slapping him. Yet all were preferabbly to the look that flickered across her features as she spotted him. 

      Waiting for her to approach him, he stilled. After all, if the world was going to end because he was postponing a mission -- then it would just have to end. Because suddenly, seeing her again reminded him, he never wanted to live a single day without her.

Cian is very cautious, of the sort that comes with bad experiences. “Once burned, twice shy.” He does tend to worry a lot about worse case scenarios, largely because of the fact that he had it drilled into him from a young age that he can’t really do anything right.

14. Is your muse inclined to avoid talking to people, or do they enjoy being the centre of attention? Are they hostile or open in social situations?

Cian would rather not have much attention on him at all. He keeps to himself most of the time, and it’s less that he’s hostile in social situations and more that he just doesn’t want to be in them in the first place.

15. Do they have any obsessions? How readily are they likely to find new ones?
