I'm definitely taking a lot of artistic liberties with greek mythology cos i'm also removing familial relations from the lore, but yes the gender fluidity isn't canonical, there's only one god I believe who played with gender at all. I'm going with the logic that flowers are multisexed though, so why wouldn't the god that creates them be too??
In regards to Hermes, I'm leaning into his trickster nature, how he likes to know everything and be involved without being impacted by events. sassy and sussy.
Currently I'm going through and redoing the beginning because the first take of Demeter I had was really unpleasant and didn't line up with what I wanted from her, I'd actually rather her be the narrative/empathetic center of the story, so I'm currently working on that remake to make her character more accurately reflect what the goddess herself deserves.

Yeah unfortunately I've seen it, and unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it. I have to doxx myself to the person stealing my art if I want to make a copyright claim.
The thing that would help the most though would be telling people in the comments of the post that I made the art! Then I can at least benefit from the ad's reach in that manner
