So I mentioned about my HCs of the fictional history of Wakanda in MCU ( how it was once an Ancient Kushite/Ethiopian tribal threshold until it was an independent kingdom for many years and all that ), Sokovia in MCU ( how it has been part of the Kievan Rus, Kingdom of Poland, the Russian Empire and then the Soviet Union before it's own independent nation in the late 1980s, during the breaking of Soviet Union and all that )
I think, in I Love Lucy,
Franistan was once an Achaemenid, Parthian and Sassanid vassal, and then it becomes a Rajput vassal, and then a Mongol - Iranian vassal during the Mongol Empire period up till the 16th century where it's become a Mughal state....and it finally becomes it's own independent kingdom during the British Raj period

Shaherizadi of Franistan ( I Love Lucy )
Shaherizadi is a Princess of Franistan, an Island Kingdom in between the borders of Iran and Pakistan.
Not much is known about her in I Love Lucy, except that she is a great high society celebrity who was also caught within the fires of a revolution in Franistan in the 1950s. She also has an extensive collection of jewelry
Shaherizadi is clearly name inspired by the legendary Sassanid Empress Scheherazade, who is also the author of the 1001 Nights tales. Shaherizadi is an exceptionally beautiful woman in her 20s in the 1950s with dark reddish hair ( a trademark of Franistani royalty ), golden tanned skin, bright brown eyes and a curvaceous figure.
Her wardrobe includes amongst the latest trends of haute couture, namely from Middle Eastern and Desi high brands to those of the Western World, especially in Dior. She also has a collection of traditional Iranian and Desi wardrobe fits.
Shaherizadi's design models include:

She was loosely modeled on Fawzia Fuad and Madhubala. And her ' Western ' wardrobe often had the high fashion Western costumes, regularly from Dior
For her Franistani traditional gears I often take cues from Traditional Persian, Qajar, Safavid, and Mughal elements

I double checked the Franistani costumes in I Love Lucy
And
They seen to reference the Punjabi, North Indian and Persian costumes
And the King of Franistan is called a Maharajah instead of a Sultan or a Caliph
So
I guess in I Love Lucy,
Franistan is like an island Kingdom between Iran, Punjab, Pakistan and Afghanistan ( and then it mixes Persian and North Indian elements )
Franistan may be inspired by Ancient Punjab Kingdom, but it also has several other Persian, North Indian, Pakistani and Afghan cultural elements in it too
