[♕] SLINGING over his shoulder to rest, the cool silver surface of the keyblade reflects hazy hues of the red and orange sunset above them. His grin, somewhat lopsided, intends to emanate a sense of encouraging confidence… but it ends up just looking a little silly.

Even though his ears are twitching with irritation, he's not going to yell at a child. Curiosity was natural to children. Maybe that was why he himself got curious so easily, he didn't really have the chance to be a kid. Just that since he was an adult, he had to be more careful about who he allowed to see that curiosity.

A curious adult wouldn't be treated the same way as a curious child.

"I've never had a tail."

He would have assumed the same of this child if not for the scent. This kid didn't have the scent of a fellow hanyou. Irritation was gone, now that he wasn't being examined in such a way. Children were only afraid of what he was because their parents told them to hate his kind, continuing the cycle of deep rooted hatred Inuyasha experienced from humans and demons alike.

He couldn't really say he was the best at explaining things in a really informative way, but it was worth a try, if it meant maybe one kid would grow up to break that cycle. Lowering, Inuyasha seated himself so they could be closer to eye level.

"A hanyou has the traits of their parents just like anyone else. My dad was a dog demon. I have his eyes, and ears. I guess my hair color's kinda like a variation or somethin', 'cause his was blue, not silver. Everything else came from my mother."

He paused for a moment.

"My nose is kinda from both, and I got my dad's claws."

Which was emphasized by him slowly raising a hand. As explained, those weren't nails from his fingertips, but razor sharp claws that could cut through even a demon's flesh.

“Hmm one I do know? Alright, I remember one time a bear attacked and sent me against a nearby tree and was about to deal a heavy swipe with its claws.

My older sister Sango interfered just in time along with Kirara who is a cat like demon who changed from their smaller form to their bigger form in order to scare off the bear, my sister approached to apply ointment to a wound I had on my right knee.

I couldn’t thank her enough so I went to a secret flower field that I visit from times and presented her with a bouquet of lillies, one of my good memories that I hold dear to my heart.”

He slowly speaks as he looked at Goku, offering a small smile.

He'll go along that this kid is human for his sake, but this is a different matter entirely.

"That obvious, huh?" Felt weird, his young dad--But not the same young-dad--saying that to him. Maybe it was all the work he was putting in trying to go back, maybe it was the stress of not trying to mess with things before they're supposed to happen. Gohan was a little tired though. A smile presses across his features, regardless, and he ruffles the messy head of hair of the smaller boy.
