I've been working on four mallet technique for indoor percussion ensemble all break. Now my middle fingers are blistered, bruised, and swollen. I knew blisters would happen, but should I have all these bruises??? I swear to God I'm not gripping the mallet too tightly. I don't know what to do I'm gonna cry my hands hurt so badly ughhhh
Played my solo all the way through today and I have it memorized. Hopefully tomorrow goes well.
