Dys appears to be drenched already, hair dripping wet as he drifts upside down, now with just his arms still half in a some water. It doesn't look particularly dignified in front of his apparent company but he's never cared about that. He'd already been disheveled and banged up from his ventures with visible bruises and scrapes on his arms and face in the first place before arriving.

Maybe that accounts for their gaze on him though.

Or maybe it's the fact that he's still upside down.

He flips around to get as upright as he can get, letting himself drift pretty aimlessly.
