But this is not real truth if we want to go on the path if manifestation,then foremost step is gratitude and forgiveness. Today going to amazing story of forgiveness Hello maam I Consulted you last month. Wanted to thank you and Naran sir. I was too tensed from sarcastic behaviour of my boss. And you asked me to do forgiveness exercise 100 times per day per your video related to forgiveness. And since then I have seen a change in my manager behaviour. Now he doesn't pokes me unnecessarily and scolds me without any mistakes. I chanted two things: 1. I release that part of me which is filled with anger and resentment and align with that part of me related to forgiveness. 2. Today let us each Focus on healing, through forgiveness...otherwise you give the other person power over you. Depression is a sign you've given over your power to something. Ask your spirit what am I holding onto? Then send, rather beam a " attracter field" of forgiveness & healing light & love to that situation. Now just b/c you forgive you still have "Free Will"-You get to CHOOSE your next steps. Forgiveness does not mean "lock back into the same relationship or being" rather True Forgiveness means to transform & stretch who you are & become something greater then you were before the transgression. You hold your own power:):):) Now quickly go to a mirror & imagine your life free of this "hurt"- send forgiveness to this person & look deeply into YOUR eyes & Imagine your life filled w joy, freedom, healthy boundaries, & true love:) then imagine this vibrating in EVERY cell & then CHOOSE this.... An Asian Theologian once said one of the things that separates Christianity from other religions is wrapped up in that beautiful word called "FORGIVENESS" I necessarily don't see Christianity as a religion but as a way of life.. A ChristLike Kind of life, and Christ led a forgiving kinda life. . . In Matthew 18:22 precisely when Peter asked Jesus the golden question. "How many times should I forgive" . . Jesus answered him and said not seven times but seventy times seven times. Jesus gave that answer because no one would necessarily write or start counting the number of times they've forgiven someone or no one would offend someone that many times, If someone is offended or done something grave to you that many times that's not offence anymore it's become abuse which if you are in such situation please leave, that's a lot of topic on its own. . . We live in a do me I do you world. A tit for tat kind of world. Why? The world doesn't understand the concept of forgiveness because behind every act of forgiveness lies the wound of betrayal. However there is far more damaging consequences socially, emotionally and physically, when we don't forgive. . . Forgiveness is a command! . . The "Struck Down but restored 90 day Journal" was divided into three segments and the last quarter was a "Forgiveness Challenge" Where you write the name of one person that you have been tighting to your chest🤣 Sorry I'm just a very unserious fellow, Yes you write the name one of person whom you have been struggling to let go for and say a single word of prayer for them. . . I'm sure you are wondering but I'm not holding onto 30 people, However it can be one person but I assure you by the time you have prayed for that one person for 30days oh my, you will be set free. . .
