@aidonneus - lumos is amazing. she’s always got so many wonderful ideas, and i know as a result that i can always go to her with any ideas that i have. her canon muses are great - i love her hawks so much - and her ocs are always so interesting and so much fun. i am so happy that i got introduced to lumos because she is such a delight.

@glamie - nova? nova is so good. i adore her camie, and i love tamie so much. it makes me laugh every time i remember that it originally started as a typo, and nova’s camie is honestly so good. i have a lot of fun talking to her about our muses and ships and her muses are always so much fun.

@angelquirked / @entangledheroes - psyche!! i love psyche. kaz is so wonderful and i love all the interactions that we’ve had and that we’ve discussed, and all their muses are honestly amazing. they’re so much fun to throw ideas around with and i’m always hype when i see a response from them because i know it’s gonna be a good time.

Izuku was doing a bit of training outside, specificity using his capture gear around his forearms. He was still getting the hang of them and being able to move quickly without too much incident. Still a bit of trouble in the landing department, at least without purposely targeting someone to land on as an attack.

He was using his gear to move himself around obstacles quickly, timing himself in the process and just as he turned a corner someone was there.

“LOOK OUT!”

Shit, shit, shit! 

Gemüse’s time in Japan has been short, but apparently long enough to develop a personal enemy.  The Agency back home had said they’ve heard of the guy, which was odd enough, but it seemed like he was in Japan with every intention to antagonize Gemüse.

And it was working.

He didn’t really understand what all the fuss was about--well, besides the fact that a young girl had been kidnapped--but apparently some super elite school was involved, and this wasn’t the only incident, and blah blah blah.  

As far as Gemüse was concerned, the guy was his responsibility, and he was going to handle the situation.  So, regardless of the fact that it was probably a trap, he found himself slinking through the surprisingly large hideout, breaking into each room until---finally.

“I should do an All Might impression,” he muttered to himself, before stepping fully into the room, palms out in surrender--

“Mm, s’okay,” Mirai mumbles, yawning quietly and adjusting her phone to try and be a little more comfortable. “Don’t mind if you need...” To hear my voice, to ask me something, anything you want. “...something.”

It’s a little strange to hear Kaida’s voice so soft, but even stranger are the words she says next.

“What?” she asks, still trying to equate the words with the Kaida she knew. Kaida was confident and strong. Impulsive at times, yes, but she deserved to be here. Mirai sits up, rustling her duvet as she tries to get comfortable. “Of course you belong here. Did someone say something to you?”

Imagining her life without Kaida in it is already kind of unimaginable to Mirai. When she’d stumbled into the support lab one day and Mirai had fixed her arm, she didn’t expect that she’d end up feeling like this. Kaida was everything that Mirai hadn’t know that she needed, but she knew that her life would be less full without Kaida’s presence in it.

WHILE HE’D BEEN HERE FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, Shoto had lost hope of being found, aware if he were to escape it must be on his own terms. He was a pro hero, now, after all, not a student. He wasn’t a priority compared to every other person that needed to be saved, if they hadn’t already written him off as a hopeless case or even dead. He wasn’t sure which was worse, but both came with no rescue. No help. Only his own mind and strength to assist him.

Their first date has been wonderful, and Mirai couldn’t deny that. As much as Kaida makes her feel all kinds of shy and nervous, she also liked spending time with her. As much as Kaida makes her feel shy, she also makes Mirai feel safe, and she wants to be close to her.

When Kaida walks her back to her room, Mirai knows how this is meant to go. Isn’t it how it always went, in the books and the movies? Mirai feels herself flush darkly, her face heating up with it. She wants to, she does, but she isn’t sure how. She’s never done this before, never been on a date or wanted to kiss someone like this.

Then they’re at Mirai’s door and she pauses, one hand raised to the handle before she bites her lip and gathers all of her courage and leans up on her tiptoes to press a brief, nervous kiss to Kaida’s lips.
