Back into the forest 🌳 today on my own with the dogs. I love running in the forest as the scenery and tracks change with every corner you turn. Last day of March and I managed over 100 miles this month !!! Pretty proud of myself to be honest. Got to say my knees have took a bit of a battering this last week with two long runs and making sure I hit the 100 miles. Day 17 of 365. Back home from the UK, tired from a 7am flight but I couldn’t wait to get back to my forest 🌳. I wanted to do over 10km today and was hoping for around 12ish but I will take 11km.
