day 2 give it up for day 2, this time featuring eternalduo god au angst
Two old eret drawings!
the one on the left is the first Eret drawing I ever did, I finished on may 12th 2021 (just over two years ago!). my friend Hoples and I (mainly Hoples) came up with a DSMP deamon au. (a person's soul/spirit is a physical animal that lives connected to a person. deamons shift when young but settle when you're around a teenager, this form is meant to represent the person's personality. it's extremely rare for a deamon to settle into another sapient creature but it CAN happen.) me and Hoples decided the best representation of Eret would be an enderman! so this is Royal and King Eret being too cool.
the drawing on the right i finished on April 24th 2022. I first got the idea when Eret mentioned on stream that (irl) they don't know how to dance, with Foolish being known as the Minecraft dance king and friends with Eret in the lore, thought it'd be really cute if foolish taught past Eret how to dance. and Foolish had the BRILLIANT idea to do it in the ocean because he's more graceful in the water so the same should be true of Eret right? completely forgetting he's 25% shark and Eret is NOT. i also just wanted to draw Foolish traditionally (digital ref will be posted SOON:tm: ) and Eret in a teal dress.
not sure if there's really any growth between the two drawings as they're very different in terms of what they're meant to convey. the Eret and Royal drawing is posed, maybe even a portrait, while the Eret and Foolish drawing is supposed to be in a spontaneous moment in time. still like them a lot. two of my favorite content creators.
