I haven’t forgotten how to play w/ food, I just don’t get to do it as often. But when the stars & planets align, & Mercury retrograde is in decline, Sunday Brunch at the Bistro can get kinda wild. What we have here is a @bakerswifempls pumpkin cake donut, smothered in a French toast batter & pan fried in a healthy dose of butter. Scrambled egg resides in the donut’s hole (& around) & it’s topped w/ a mixed berry compote, #folczyks #maplesyrup & fresh raspberries. A side of roasted sweet potato fries, seasoned w/ ample spice, a smoked sausage, & paired w/ a @dogfishhead #punkinale - the Bistro’s Pumpkin beer of choice.
