Celtic Goddesses Collection
Fódla - is a Celtic goddess of sovereignty. Together with her sisters Ériu and Banba, she forms part of the triumvirate of patron goddesses of Ireland. Each of the three sisters asked the bard Amergin that her name be given to the country. Ériu seems to have won the argument, but the poets hold that all three were granted their wish She is also said to worship/represent the Morrigan.
