After traveling a lot this week today I finally get to rest! I allowed my body to wake up at 9 am without the pressure of having to get things done. I did a short practice before taking a great yoga class lead by my dear friend @fotosbyboca which was a great breath practice for me (also asana, but I was paying more attention to the breath than to the body). After the class my body naturally took me to a very deep second Savasana! The Asana practice is not about resting and feeling good but about creating actions and efforts that lead to an effortless focused mind, which leads at the same time to an inside journey. That is why Savasana comes at the end, when the mind has no more distractions, and there is no other place to see than inside! Yoga is an inside journey.
