      there was a smile spread wide on her face, bowing to some of the staff that they had just worked with. needless to say, her experience on the variety show was enjoyable and fun. there was a lot that had happened that areum would definitely look back on and laugh about again, but one of her favorite things was her relationship with ruri on screen. 

      areum always did this with ruri, and she didn’t remember ever agreeing to it, but it was just something that she did. areum and ruri act like rivals on screen, even though they are on the same group. friendly rivals, that is. if there was a competition for high notes, areum wouldn’t hesitate to scream her highest note to go against ruri. if there was a dance competition, you can bet areum would be there if ruri was as well. it wasn’t really competitive, but something that just... happened. 

     of course, none of it was real, and if areum didn’t win, she wasn’t particularly upset. but she found it fun to act like that, letting a more competitive side come out, but not a bad sort of competitive. in their recent recording of a variety show, the two had done what they normally did. and now, after the recording, areum was currently making her way towards ruri. 

Lim didn’t have to make many appearances on variety shows anymore, but when he did it was always a big ordeal. Being a veteran in the industry, he very rarely decided to take offers from shows to come on, but when he was bored or when the premise of the show’s episode interested him enough, he would take the offer and arrive on the show. If he were being honest, he mostly didn’t go because it was a pain in the ass finding clothes that covered up every single one of his tattoos, especially the ones on his hands.
