This combo actually produces some very nice images and while it's a bit of an overkill for test videos, I'm very much looking forward to using this setup on a proper creative project where I can get away with having a bigger rig! Had a little play with this beast setup today. Not exactly a run&gun rig, but I do love the feel of extra weight and length (as long as it's balanced well), which provides a much smoother movement with no "micro shake" all the compact cameras are know for.
