âARE YOU READY, MINHO?â jaekyungâs got a shit-eating grin plastered across his face as he sneaks up behind his groupmate and catches him in a headlock, ruffling his hair with vigorous enthusiasm. it feels like itâs been too long since heâs led the troops into battle (read: performed with his group onstage), even though theyâve been relatively busy with comeback preparations and whatnot. jaekyung himself has been busy enjoying the summer sunâ dressed in khaki shorts, reflective sunglasses, and an unbuttoned aloha shirt while sporting a margarita in one hand, heâd look like a tacky tourist if his face wasnât so well-known. but heâs long since put down his drink in favor of preparations for the stage.
âiâm assuming youâre ready, since youâre a senior idol and all,â jaekyung muses. âhey, what are your thoughts on the setlist? view, replay, and tell me; i read somewhere that our fans are complaining we donât perform newer songs. when i think about it, though, doesnât that make sense? i actually kind of like performing our older songs. theyâre nostalgic. and also, i looked best in those ones, according to your grandmotherâ she is, after all, my biggest fan.â jaekyung canât help a grin as he teases minho. itâs a joke thatâs always been longstanding, and thereâs no way the leaderâs going to let up now.
