no one will believe me when I say this but a few days before slime rancher 2 came out i had a dream of a flutter slime silently flying in the place in slime rancher one where a bunch of pink slimes spawn at the start of the game but there were no plants or other slimes and I didn't know flutter slimes were real until I played slime rancher 2 and the flutter slime from my dream looked really accurate to the point where i actually think that dream may have been a prophecy

since 1.0 dropped ive finally actually started playing sr2 since. yknow. slime rancher is literally my favorite game. its really nice. i think i like it about as much as the original? the soundtrack isnt as good though. reaaally fun though i cant wait to see what gets added in future updates

#doodles #slime rancher #slime rancher 2 #flutter slime #i got it back in i think 2022? when they first made early access available #i played for an hour or two but it was so laggy i just couldnt run it #so i put the game down until it got optimized more #and yeah i think its at the point where it feels like a full game!#i like a lot of what theyve done #exploration feels a lot nicer in this one and i looove the new areas and slimes #the weather system also feels like it was something that absolutely shouldve been there from the start #<- the firestorms in the glass desert feel like they shouldve been part of a bigger weather system so im glad we have that now #looove all the new character stuff too. ive always been a fan of the characters #i do sort of mourn the loss of the jobs system though. i mean im not that far into the game so maybe there'll be something similar?#but i had soo much fun doing the ogden and viktor minigamess #anyways. i think sr2 lives up to the original. i still only listen to the originals ost though #umm sorry for no art lately. quite frankly i havent been being a person lately either #havent drawn much at all in the last couple days so this was kinda just getting back into it w something messy #mightve refined it more but i think this is cute so whatever
