im just stalling the inevitable crash and burn

INTRODUCTION

hey! im ash (he/they) and this is not an art blog it is an everything blog. i dont believe in things like "organization" and i post literally everything i care about on here. there is no signing up for only my art. you get all of my bullshit or you get none at all.

im audhd and have very bad anxiety, so i have all the usual communication problems. i often dont convey my tone right over text, and can sometimes come off as more blunt or hostile than intended, and i also sometimes will misunderstand things other said. i apologize in advance for any misunderstandings. i ALSO apologize if youre someone i think of as cooler than me, because if you try to talk to me i will sound like im on the verge of a panic attack because i am shakey and bitey like a small dog. please be patient.

im agender and aroace, and you will hear me complaining about allos very often. i swear i dont hate allos i just think amatanormativity is evil and fictional relationships instantly become boring the second you decide its just romantic and most "secret third thing" fans are fake. thats all.

i love hearing things from people, and i welcome asks from anyone who wants to shoot one my way! but i also do not like receiving asks from people who arent my mutuals. that kind of one on one interaction exhausts me mentally extremely easily, and i prefer to keep it to only my friends and mutuals.

i accept art requests! i have guidelines linked at the top of this post, but because i have had bad experiences with them, im going to say upfront that i dont owe you art. this isnt a commission, this is a rainy day activity. your request will be fulfilled or it wont entirely based on my whims, and it will almost certainly not be in an untimely manner. i also reserve the right to block you if youre a dick.

fandoms are tagged by full series name with no punctuation or abbreviation, and i dont tag individual works within a franchise. -> ex: epic is tagged as #epic the musical instead of #epic or #epic: the musical characters are tagged by first and last name, unabbreviated. characters with multiple names will be tagged with all those applicable, and characters with no last name will be tagged with first only. for characters with a debated or inconsistent name spelling, i use what is in the english version of the source material, or on the wiki -> ex: ART from the murderbot diaries would be tagged as #asshole research transport and #perihelion
