Friday used to mean a lot to everyone. 💃 Now every day feels like the day before and the day after. 🤷♀️ We’re all living the film, “Groundhog’s Day.” 🐿 I’m seriously losing track of time 🕚 which, at my age, is worrisome. 👴🏼 No baby boomer wants to find themselves unable to figure out what day it is. 📆 If that happens, we start wondering if we’re losing it. 🙁 The saving grace is that people who are lots younger than me are similarly experiencing the confusion. It's a phenomenon I call, “Fluid time.” 🙇🏻♀️ 🏠 Working from home has resulted in blurring boundaries between “work time” and “off the clock.” I’ve been a full-time student for nearly two years, so my “clock” has been school. 🏫 Having in-person classes each quarter gave me a sense of time. Now that I’m completely online, my weekly structure is gone. 😕 Has this happened to you? On a brighter note, it seems like people are going out of their ways to help each other. 🤲 I love that this trend has been an outgrowth of the lockdown. 🚫 This week I was invited to a Twitter chat with @om_mediagroup for @visiblemobile that focused on "visible acts of kindness." . It was uplifting. And @rickgriffin_ had me laughing. 😅 I think it made all of us all realize that even during times like this there are things that can make us smile. ☺️ Here’s hoping you know what day it is, 👌 and that you’re doing all you can to find normalcy during this very abnormal time. 😷 Wishing you safe and well! 🙏 #time #school #fluidtime #whatdayisit #cats #caturday #catsofinstagram #catstagram #catsclimbing #catnap #tabbycat #mainecooncat #babyboomer #visibleactsofkindness @visible #staysafestayhome #staysafeandwell #washyourhands #wfh #wth #lockdown #onlinelearning #remotelearning #onlineverything #covid19 #coronavirus #pixelperfect #madebypixel (at Central District, Seattle) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_HMLWIARAA/?igshid=qekjnkait5cf
