Fluid Art Using Dance Legend- Spot It Polish Sorry I couldn't capture the placement on nails. So here is the steps to follow. 1. Drop the shades of your choice on silicon mat/plastic 2. Put few drops of dance legend Spot it polish. 3. Dab and pick up the stamper. Or you can simply pinch the mat twice in different directions. 4. Let the decal on mat and stamper dry 5. I prefer applying a thin layer of top coat on decal and dry completely. 6. Once dry pickup the decal cut the required design to a size little bigger than your nail 7. Apply a layer of light shade preferably white on your nails and place the decal. 8.
