An Open Letter to Jiyong Kwon

        There are days I find myself imagining a scenario of meeting you. We’d be sitting side by side on a Sunday afternoon by the seaside on some huge rock by the edge. The waves would be splashing down below, and the sun would slowly be sitting down. I imagine that we’re good friends, able to understand each other, able to reach out to each other – I imagine. Though the truth is, I don’t know you. I visualize a scenario where I do, because in there, you are happy and because in there, I can tell you this:

It’s Okay. If you’re tired it’s okay. If you leave it’s okay. When the clothes you’re wearing have become too much, when GDragon’s name no longer makes sense, when peaceminusone’s thoughts are too much for you to sleep at night – it’s okay. You have done enough if this is your way of saying goodbye if you are looking for approval if you’re asking for forgiveness – It’s okay. We understand, what you’ve shown us, we truly understand. So, go, I am pushing you to go. Live your life, let the world turn, let the seasons' change, let the rain fall down, let the snow melt away, let go. Live.

I’ve made it my dream to meet the five of you, but if you choose to leave the spotlight, then I will support you. You see, I am but one in the millions of people who adore you and yet, you have helped me get through so much. This is the least I could do for you, the least I can give you, or rather, the only thing I can give you. I’m sorry I cannot give you time, I too, have been asking for it – to such no luck, unfortunately. I would’ve shared them with you.
