In the Cirque des Maraudeurs you have- Marlene and James as Acrobats, Sirius as the animal tamer, Peter as a fire breather, Lily as a mermaid, Mary as a Strongwoman (they lift the super heavy stuff)
In Le Cirque d'Ămeraude you have- Pandora as a seer/prophet figure, Regulus and Evan as Acrobats, Barty as a sort of dare devil with this clown esque makeup.

i find it strange that itâs a huge headcanon in the fandom that lily and james ârushedâ into marriage just because james got lily pregnant like.. câmon.
they both knew they wanted to get married before they even had sex, maybe two or three dates into their relationship. and itâs absolutely terrifying when you realise that the person youâre holding hands with really is the person youâre meant to spend the rest of your life with even though youâre only seventeen and being married isnât something that has ever crossed your mind because thereâs a war going on and you donât know if youâre gonna even make it to twenty.
but yeah. yeahhh. thatâs exactly what happened to james and lily potter. they found a soulmate, a life partner in one another, and they couldnât wait to get married and do it all together; to share a vow and a future and a home, to live under one roof and be there for each other through it all, to become one and to grow together.
and they werenât held back by the same struggles that usually hold back other pairs of lovers; they were financially stable, and theyâd both completed their education and were in the same stages of their lives. nothing stood in their way. they were ready to get married the moment theyâd left hogwarts.
so no, they didnât rush. it wasnât because of an unexpected baby or a war haunting them; they didnât get married because they thought they were running out of time. they got married because they couldnât wait to spend the rest of their lifetimes together.

When its done well, I adore it. I don't like Jily (hell, I DESPISE the ship), but doechaser? SIGN ME TF UP!!!!
I absolutely adore the ship, I think the dynamics would be fun to explore, especially since Severus is a double agent and all that, meanwhile James n Lily r also members of the Order. I like to think about their reactions, when they find out about Severus being a double agent or something. It's a very fun ship, to put it in short

The summer air was thick with the smell of cut grass, warm earth clinging to every breath. Lily brushed a loose strand of hair from her face, squinting against the sun.
James shuffled a bit closer to her. Lily would have rolled her eyes if she didnât find the act so endearing.
She reached up, almost without thinking, and ruffled his hairâ not to tease, but because she could. James looked a little startled, though she supposed it was because their relationship was still new enough that every touch seemed to carry meaning.
Sheâd always seen him being touchy and affectionate with his friends, but these were still uncharted waters to the both of them. They were still trying to find their rhythm.
This might be it, though, Lily decided as James put his arms around his shoulder and pulled her closer, and she damn near melted right there.
âIs this okay?â he asked, faux innocently. As if he didnât know the answer.
Lily looked up and gave him an appraising look. âYes, itâs alright,â she affirmed, then added under her breath, âJamie.â
James positively beamed at that, warm and easy and kind of flushed. It was such an infectious smile, always had been. Lily had spent years resisting the urge to mirror Jamesâ cocky grin at him. Not needing to anymore was infinitely relieving.
His hand slipped from her shoulder to her waist, and the movement brought them just close enough that she could see every fleck of gold in his eyes. For a moment, neither of them moved.
Then, slowly, he kissed her.
It wasnât perfect. It was unsure and messy and their noses bumped into each other more than once. But the summer air was warm and his hand stayed steady at her waist, and Lily realised she didnât much care about perfect.
i'm not the biggest jily shipper tbh but i did have fun exploring their dynamic, and i adore both james and lily individually so this was a fun exercise! dividers by @strangergraphics
And just like that, James Potter came face to face with the end of a wand but he didnât run away a coward, he didnât cover himself, not that he could do much in the time it took for the spell to hit him, but he died unafraid. He died hoping it would save his two most precious things. He died instead comforted in his last moments by the green of the spell, thinking only of his lovers eyes. The eyes that belonged to a girl with bright auburn hair, the eyes that heâd spent a lifetime looking for in everything, the eyes that looked at him with so much love on their wedding day as they took their oath to love one another forever, the eyes that were reborn into his sweet baby boy. He saw Lily as he fell to the floor, saw her eyes in the green of the spell, them looking at him in the early morning light from their shared bedroom just before their boy began to cry for love, theyâd smile and groan before sitting up to coddle their child. He found peace in her being his last thought, her and his beautiful boy.
