Indulge in the delightful combination of churro, cinnamon, and white chocolate in this creamy ice cream, topped with a luscious chocolate sauce. It's a perfect treat for any occasion, combining sweet, spicy, and chocolaty flavors in every bite.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted. 1/2 cup churro pieces store-bought or homemade. 1/2 cup chocolate sauce store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: Put the heavy cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat them over medium-low heat until the sugar is gone. When you take it off the heat, add the ground cinnamon and vanilla extract and mix them in. After letting the mixture cool to room temperature, put it in the fridge until it's cold, preferably overnight. After the mixture has been chilled, use an ice cream maker according to the directions that came with it. Add the churro pieces and drizzle in the melted white chocolate in the last few minutes of churning. Give them a chance to mix evenly. Move the ice cream that has been churned to a container and freeze it until it is firm, which should take about 4 hours or overnight. Put chocolate sauce on top of scoops of ice cream and serve.
