I had such a blessing this past weekend you learn something new. I stepped out of my comfort zone and put myself in a completely new environment. After losing 70 pounds and keeping it off for 6 years it's still a challenge to expose your body and feel comfortable around photographers let alone other models. Good photographers were so loving and encouraging and the models were also so amazing. It was such a great support system for me doing something new. Body transformation is not easy even after 6 years of change I still struggle with different challenges. Finding confidence and self love is vital to pushing herself through the fear. I almost didn't show up for my shoot at all and that would have defeated the whole purpose of me even going.
