I love your attention to detail with the selection of flowers Mr. Vampire count gave younger painter. Forget-me-nots are self explanatory. Carnations symbolize love, fascination, ect. Primroses have a few meanings based on color and after a quick Google search I couldn't decide which fits best. What were you thinking?
Oh my god, thank you so much for noticing!!! I'm super into the symbolism of flowers, and how it was once almost a secret language like shoelaces and handkerchiefs and so many other things.
But yes! Carnations are very complex, it really depends on the colour, the recipient and especially the giver.
I did use red carnations in the image, which are associated with a much deeper and more passionate kind of love, but when writing I was channelling more their base meaning of fascination, since he was so utterly taken by the painter upon first sight.
I like how you subtly clued us in on the twist in your latest Bruce Wayne fic. The first thing that made me question him was when you said he had soft hands. It made me wonder how much moisturizer Bruce is using every time he goes out in public because we know that dude never stops working lol.

I’m alright! I haven’t gotten my nails done in years but I did paint them back in December if that’s what you’re referring to, I painted them a glittery purple colour, which is very different from my typical glittery pink colour haha
