Flan cake
Ingredients:
¾ cup caramel ice cream topping
Flan
3 eggs
1 cup (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (12 ounce) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cake
18 ¼ ounces yellow cake mix
1 ¼ cups of water
⅓ cup canola oil
3 eggs
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 325°. Spray a bundt pan thoroughly with cooking spray.
Pour ¾ cup caramel topping in the bundt pan.
Whip the flan ingredients together with an electric mixer.
Pour the flan mixture into the pan.
Prepare the cake mix according to package directions.
Pour the prepared cake mix over the flan mixture in the pan.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes before inverting onto the serving plate. When you do invert it, the caramel topping will drip down the sides.
Drizzle additional caramel topping over sliced cake before serving if desired.
You can store the rest in the refrigerator.
