#fixed shiny

Leafeon is among the worst of the eeveelution shinies, just because it is so completely alike with its basic version. For my version, I went with a fall leaf look, making it different from the original version, but along the same vein.

Decided to try and "fix" a shiny pokemon, and decided to choose kricketune.

For my version, I made the main fur color a darker, redder brown, with lighter brown for the stripes. I picked a slightly more brown version of the red brown that was used in the original shiny. Instead of the yellow for the nose, however, I went with a slightly darker pink color.

Its always bothered me that the shiny design for Butterfree wasn't Pink Butterfree from the anime. Logically I know that the only reason for Pink Butterfree to exist was because they wanted to show she was female, but I think the design is really cute. For my version, I gave her a pale pink body and lighter teal accents/eyes.

Espeon is one of my least favorite eeveelution shinies, for the opposite reason of the basic color shift ones. The color chosen for shiny Espeon is really bright and vivid, to an overwhelming degree. I chose to basically swap the eye color and fur color for it, creating a darker look.

I'm sure it's obvious how much I love the shiny design for Lopunny (as well as the one for Buneary). I think it really accentuates the cute design that it has, while making it feel different from the original. For my version, I went with a lighter base tone and a paler, more red-leaning shade of pink. I just think it makes the design feel a little lighter and softer.

I adore the shiny design for Buneary, it's cute and bright and meshes really well with a little bunny aesthetic. For my version, I went with a slightly lighter tan for the main body, with a rosey color for the inside of the ears and the nose. I made the fluff a paler pink than the original design, which makes it look a little bit like cherry blossoms to me. I just wanted to give it a slightly lighter feeling than the original shiny design had.

Flareon is another one of the basic color shifted shinies among the eeveelutions. I personally thought it was better to create a blue version of Flareon, like it was made of blue flame. It makes sense for its typing, and looks distinct from the original.
