Same body. 4 different poses. It is amazing how something as simple as a pose can change your Instagram game. This is pretty self explanatory. I noticed a HUGE change in following when i started to talk about my weight loss progress and I'm not gonna lie, doing these types of poses really exaggerate the progress a lot and make me look a lot better than I actually am, but the original pic is what I REALLY look like without any gimmicks. I lost a little progress due to having to take a month off working out because of a bad endo flareup that has been on and off for a whole month now. I have seen the fitness vloggers I follow post this type of thing about poses and filters changing your looks and thought I would try it and now I wonder what is even real on insta anymore. So guys, very subtle difference here, but if you can tell: in the left photos, I am bloated and in the right to photos, I am not. But I do want to let you all know something very very important. It seems that lately on social media a lot of people have this really dumb idea that bloating doesn't exist. They promote this idea that everyone should look like a washboard 24/7. As someone who has been working out religiously for almost half a year, and as someone who watches a lot of what I eat (except this month due to the next thing I'm mentioning), and as someone who also has a diagnosed medical condition, I can very much say that this is not true and should not be a promoted idea. I think it's time the everyone face the reality that bloating exists and is normal for all body types. So if you are on your journey and you are feeling alone, like you haven't made any progress, like your body has been doing weird things, just know you are not alone and everything that you are experiencing is normal. Hormones, health problems, and what you eat can make you bloated. As an Endometriosis patient, it is very difficult to not be bloated. And i am not gonna let that stoop me from my goals.. Normalize bloat. Normalize the journey.
