I made this recipe, inspired by The First Mess. We often to go this website for ideas. It was great! I find vegetarian soups can be challenging to make packed with flavour, but this had punch. I loved it, and will definitely make it again. We didn't have fresh thyme, and neither did the grocery store, so I used dried dill instead. Also, I improvised big time on the Old Bay Seasoning. But. Still. Dee-lish. Just make it.
