15 years ago today, I asked my crush out on a date to Cheesecake Factory in Union Square, San Francisco. I eventually asked her to marry me at the same spot where we took #selfies. Back then, we actually had these things called digital cameras 📸 which required you to turn the camera around and hopefully 🤞🤞 you were in the shot... millennials don’t even know! Ironically, someone else was proposing during our first date while we were taking #selfiestogether! Thanks to good friends, I was able to do it in a BIG way: 1. Giant 15 ft. screen in the middle of Union Square 🌉 2. Musical duet 🎻 3. 08.16.00 - 08.16.20 . . 20 years. As of August 16th, 2020, Daniel and I have been together for 20 years. 20 years, seemingly 20 lifetimes.
