Wow. Diving through the boxes I pulled from the storage here at @goblinsheist and found this: my first comic. CLASSIC X-MEN 31 Nothing out of this world being a reprint and such, the sorry is awesome #johnbyrne #chrisclaremont awesomeness and such but I was like 5? 6 years old? And it blew me away! I was never the same after that. I was copying this book left and right after that. My comic career started that day I think. Parents, always try to find stuff that gives your AWE. Expose them to things and let them be gobsmacked and left blown away and then watch the seed grow. It’s what happened to me. 35+ years later I’m making and selling comics.
