It was raining, water pouring from the sky right over him, and Grovyle was soaking wet. His long hair was drenched, making his ponytail sag and gain enough weight that made him slightly tilt his head to find a more comfortable angle. He was aware that it would take hours for his clothes to dry, and the inside of his beaten bag could be considered a small sea by now.
And he was loving every second of it.
On one side, as plant type pokemon water was one of the things he enjoyed the most, and on the other coming from a future where everything was frozenĀ in time to just watch the rain fall was a pleasure on itself.
The drops were cold on his skin, the wind only making cruel emphasis on the fact that his body wanted him to get away from the rain... But he was smiling.
{ his staravia wasnāt nearly as amused, grumpily sulking in the driest spot she could find. Grovyleās chuckles were the only answer she got, and she seemed to resign to fate }
The amusement melted away however, as his eyes caught the figure of another human walking nearby. It didnāt take much to notice they { we, heās one of them now } didnāt particularly enjoy the weather, and it was rare to find one walking so unhurriedly in conditions like those.He also looked distracted, if the fact that he didnāt seem to see him at first was any indication.Ā
Grovyle was speaking before he could figure out whether or not thatād be the best course of action, veiled concern coating his words.
ā ... Do you need any assistance? ā
