Hello and Happy Monday, my friends! Are you ready for some MOXIE to get you through the week ahead? As you boldly live your purpose out loud, pay attention to your negative self-talk or limiting beliefs. As you begin making your audacious goals and visions a reality, be aware of the hesitations and negative thoughts that flow into your thoughts. Don't ignore them. CRUSH them. For those nasty, recurring thoughts, replace them with a flip statement and turn them it into an affirmation! For instance: Have you been telling yourself you are not worthy of the dreams, goals, and success on our vision boards? Try this flip: "By creating success for myself I am creating success and opportunities for others." 👊Take THAT negative, self-limiting internal dialogue.👊 I would love to see yours FLIPS below, my friends. ps. As I step into an exciting new season, I am reminded of this truth: It’s much easier to push someone else out of THEIR comfort zone. That’s why it is so important to surround yourself with champions who tell you the truth, not those who keep you small. As @rebekahradice and I build a radical new business together, it is becoming clear who I need more of in my life and who I need to filter out. Intentionally choosing to share my life with more champions and fewer “vision vampires” is amplifying the JOY of this season. Want to feel the same way? I encourage you to ask yourself these questions: 1: Who are my champions that speak truth into me and push me? 2:Who are the people in my life who fill my thoughts with fear and scarcity? Then, I want you to look at your calendar. Decline the events where the vision vampires will be and you don’t “need” to attend. (You probably didn’t even want to go to those, anyway!) Then, pop over to Facebook and “unfollow” those people on social media during this season. There will be some vision vampires you can’t avoid, but if you’re filling that newly found time with your champions - you will be stronger and more prepared for the moments you are with them. What is your word for 2018? For that last 14 years, I have been choosing a word for the year. This year, the word that is calling me is REFINE. I love the way it makes me feel when I say or think it! As usual, I turned it into an acronym to create short sentences that bring it to life for me. ~Radiate faith, love, and joy. ~Embrace my creativity. ~Focus on adding value. ~Inspire productive conversations. ~Nurture my divine relationships. ~Empower radical entrepreneurs.
