warning that this guy is my most traumatised OC, so i might mention heavy topics such as parental death, neglect, homelessness, ignorance of own needs, derealisation and injuries, i also swear and so does the character, so please block this blog if that makes you uncomfortable (though i do try to add trigger warnings in the tags, i sometimes forget)

lore: his mother died when he was born, likely because he's the son of death. he was raised by his aunt (a generally shitty person that blamed finn for everything) who he ran away from at ten, he tried to help another runaway who died after a month in a monster attack, he knew this would happen. (@arlos-alive-again!! they have their own blog now! still gotta solidify the lore) he was recruited into the titans' army at eleven where he was claimed by thanatos (roughly at the time of the sea of monsters, leaving just after the attack on camp) he escaped after realising how many people they were planning to kill. since then he has been on the run, hesitant to go to camp half blood due to what luke/kronos told him.

physical description + personality: about 5'8, prefers to wear grunge style clothing. he has medium length, dark, messy hair and quite pale skin. he uses a cane due to chronic pain, dyspraxia and PoTS (may or may not be mod giving him their problems- /hj /silly) and tries to look after everyone he meets but doesn't trust people who do the same for him, feeling like he's being manipulated or doesn't deserve it. he also has a rather odd accent, a mix of scottish and londoner with a hint of new yorkian. oh and he will genuinely freak out if he thinks he's upset anyone.

powers + limits:

knows how and when someone will die, but cannot tell anyone. he gets migraines from being in crowds, the death aura of all of those people being overwhelming.

shadow travelling. this takes a lot out of him, normally passing out after.

can manifest wings, sometimes accidentally if startled. they appear much like his fathers. he doesn't really now how to use them and finds it more inconvenient than useful.

able to drain life force from foes and can temporarily borrow it, it gradually gives it back, but this is a good skill to get the high ground in battle.

wields a stygian iron sword, though he isn't the best at fighting with it, most of it time anyway.
